Lucht Privacy Policy
The short version: Lucht does not collect your personal information. There are no accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. The details are below.
What Lucht collects
Nothing. Lucht Lab does not receive, store or sell any personal information about the people who play the game.
Your location
If you allow it, Lucht reads your approximate location (to within a few kilometres) once in a while, to show the in-game airport nearest to you on the departures board on the menu. The location is used on your device only. It is not stored, not sent to Lucht Lab and not sent to anyone else. If you say no, the game works the same, without the nearest-airport clock.
Weather
To show live weather at the airports in the game, Lucht asks the free Open-Meteo weather service for the current weather at each airport's fixed coordinates. These requests contain the coordinates of the airports, not your location, and nothing that identifies you. As with any request over the internet, Open-Meteo can see the internet address your device connects from; see Open-Meteo's terms and privacy information for how it handles that.
Your game progress
Your progress, settings, passport stamps, liveries and aircraft you own, and the Jets you have bought are saved on your device. They are not sent to Lucht Lab. If you delete Lucht, they are deleted from the device with it.
iCloud
If you are signed in to iCloud, Lucht keeps a small copy of your lifetime progress (passport stamps, Campaign progress, the Jets, liveries and aircraft you own, your tutorial progress and your unit settings) in your own iCloud account, so that it follows you to your other devices. It is stored and handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; Lucht Lab cannot see it. A game in progress is not copied. You can turn this off in the iOS Settings app, under your name, iCloud.
Game Center
Lucht can post your Rush mode score to a Game Center leaderboard. If you are signed in to Game Center, your score and your Game Center name are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy and shown on the leaderboard. If you are not signed in, or you choose not to use Game Center, nothing is sent.
Purchases
Lucht Jets can be bought inside the game. Apple handles the whole purchase: Lucht Lab never sees your payment details or your Apple ID.
Sharing
If you share an image of your network or a run summary, you choose where it goes using the iOS share sheet. Lucht does not send it anywhere itself.
TestFlight
If you test Lucht through Apple's TestFlight, Apple may share crash reports and any feedback you choose to send with Lucht Lab, under Apple's own terms. We use these only to fix the game.
If you apply to be a test pilot, you email us your name, the email address for your TestFlight invite, your device and your country. We use these only to invite you to TestFlight and to talk to you about testing. We don't share or sell them, and we delete them when you ask us to or when testing ends.
Children
Lucht does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
